Option-In Consent

The member sign-up wizard offers the option to collect consent from the individual.
The date and time of consent are recorded upon submission.
An option to withdraw consent is provided. However, certain consents necessary for proceeding (e.g., agreeing to terms and conditions) cannot be withdrawn.
Customers can configure consent text to align with their specific requirements.

Right to Access Data

Data subjects can already edit their data within AMS Complete through their individual profile access.
A “Privacy” tab has been added to the profile, allowing data subjects to adjust their privacy.

Right to be Forgotten/Erasure

Within the Privacy tab, staff have the capability to erase the data subject’s personal information and halt further dissemination of the data.
A web hook is available to notify third-party Data Processors or Data Controllers.

Data Portability

Staff currently have the ability to download and send a PDF compilation of the data subject’s data.
Through configuration, this option is also available to the data subject. Once enabled, the data subject can download the file themselves.

AVS, Political Districts & Geo Data

Address Verification Services

Provide automatic Address Verification Services (AVS) which both validates the mailing address and simplifies address data entry. Enter the street address and zip code, then we do the rest.

System Details

Our system adds the timezone, state, county, geo data (latitude/longitude), populating city, 9-digital zip code, congressional district, and state senate/house codes.

Geo Data

Easily query this data to identify constituents in any political district. With the geo data provided with AVS, initiate a “radius search” to identify individuals near the search location. This is valuable both for staff and the association’s member directory.
