Can you share a little about yourself outside of the office? (Hobbies, interests, fun facts, or unique experiences.)

I love traveling and trying new restaurants, it’s one of my favorite ways to explore new places. Lately, I’ve been experimenting more in the kitchen, testing out new recipes and attempting to improve my cooking skills. I also really enjoy hosting friends and making the most of everything Chicago has to offer.

What is something you do to get inspired or recharged?

To recharge and get inspired I listen to music, try something creative, go for walks outside, and workout.

What do you enjoy most about working at re:Members? What makes it a special place for you?

I enjoy the cross-team collaboration because it gives me the opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse group of people across the company.

Connecting with colleagues from different teams not only broadens my perspective but also helps me develop new skills and find creative solutions.

What do you find most rewarding about working with re:Members clients? How does their missions inspire you?

It’s really inspiring to see the impact our clients make through their events and philanthropic work. Hearing their stories and knowing we play a part in supporting their efforts makes it even more rewarding.

What’s your favorite re:Members feature or capability, and why do you think it’s a game-changer for our clients?

My favorite re:Members, formerly Billhighway, feature is the customizable reporting. This allows the chapter admins to gather only the data they need. Additionally, it gives chapter admins power to adjust their own dashboard to fit the needs of their role.

If you could share one piece of advice or a favorite motto that guides your work with clients, what would it be?

One of my favorite quotes, and something I try to keep in mind with every customer interaction, is: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” It’s a great reminder that building genuine relationships and showing empathy matter just as much as providing expertise.
